Rock in Rio Lisbon: the World Stage’s (Palco Mundo) Line-Up for May 30th is closed. Steve Aoki and David Guetta join together with Linkin Park and Queens Of The Stone Age.
Only Linkin Park had already done a presentation previously at the Bela Vista Park, that is, a day with 3 important debuts for the 10 years celebrations of Rock in Rio Lisbon.
The evening’s special guest, Steve Aoki, was chosen as the world’s eighth best DJ by DJ Mag and promises to close the evening with a powerful repertory of electro house and remixes of artists like Jackson 5, Drake, Kanye West, Eminem, Lil Wayne, The Killers, Lenny Kravitz, Bloc Party, Snoop Dogg, Robin Thicke and Peaches, among others. But the event itself goes to the account of the guy’s performance, who usually dives into the audience, strolling over the “sea of people” with inflatable boots and throwing cake and champagne over the crowd. Definitely what is not going to lack is Party!
Recently, Steve did a partnership with Linkin Park which produced the EP of remixes of the song “A Light That Never Comes”. Will they be playing together? Whoever is there, will see it!
After they have played in 4 editions of Rock in Rio Brazil, Capital Inicial arrives to do their presentation for the first time at the Lisbon City of Rock. One of the major Brazilian bands, with 30 years of roadway experience and over 15 records, the guys promise to perform Brazilian rock by playing aloud in Portugal.
Rock in Rio Lisbon 2014 is going to take place on May 23, 25, 30 and 31 and June 1, at the Bela Vista Park, and up to this time the participation of Robbie Williams, on May 25th; Capital Inicial, Queens of the Stone Age, Linkin Park and Steve Aoki, on May 30th; Arcade Fire, on May 31st; and Justin Timberlake, on June 1st, are confirmed.
