Rock in Rio: intangible cultural heritage of Rio de Janeiro

The history, which was already huge, is now the heritage of the state that welcomed and embraced it since its first edition.  

2022 is a big milestone, and not just for that! The festival has completed 37 years and will hold two historic editions, on two different continents. After two years of pandemic, opening the gates of the Cities of Rock will be like opening your arms for that long-waited hug. 

The dream, which seemed impossible in 1985, was well worth dreaming. At each edition, new dreams do come true, and the search for the best experiences and for an even better festival continues! 

In September, we meet again for the biggest and best Rock in Rio ever!
